Cancer Research

The funds for the German and Israeli project partners are provided by the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) through the budget of the Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum (DKFZ).

The cooperation in cancer research started in 1976.
For this cooperation program the subprojects carried out by Israeli research establishments are funded at present with about € 0.5 mill. p.a. For the corresponding DKFZ subprojects funding amounts to about € 0.4 mill. p.a.

Priority Topics

No restrictions, all topics related to cancer research, however clinical trials are not suitable for this program.
