New Materials and Chemical Nanotechnology

In the scope of the German program "WING-Materials Innovations for Industry and Society" the funding opportunities have been extented to R&D cooperation projects between industrial partners from both countries.

The BMBF intends to provide support to German industrial companies for establishing bilateral R&D collaborations with Israeli enterprises; the respective Israeli companies will be supported by OCS/MOITAL. In addition, universities and non-university research establishments in the two countries are called upon to participate in the collaborative projects (2+2 projects).

Scope of the program WING

Examples of actions fields:

  • Concepts for Nanostructured Materials
  • Computational Materials Science
  • Bionic Materials
  • Materials, Chemistry and Life Sciences
  • Chemicals and Reaktions
  • Layers, Thin Films and Interfaces
  • Lightweight constructions
  • Ressource-efficient Materials
  • Smart Materials
  • Elecromagnetic Materials
