    Excellent research should be funded. The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and its associate ministries provide the main funds for Israeli-German cooperation projects. → The Martin Buber Society of Fellows in the Humanities and Social Sciences: Call for Applications 2024-2025

The Martin Buber Society of Fellows fosters interdisciplinary academic discourse among outstanding young scholars (post-doctoral). Candidates who have completed their PhD at an Israeli or German university, as well as other citizens of Israel or Germany with a PhD, are eligible to apply. Application is open for creative humanists and social scientists in all fields of the Humanities and Social Sciences. No connection of the subject matter to Jewish studies or Israel is required.

A COST Action is an interdisciplinary research network that brings researchers and innovators together to investigate a topic of their choice for 4 years. Open to all science and technology fields, including new and emerging fields; COST Actions offer an inclusive, pan-European environment for individuals of all levels of seniority to grow their professional research networks and boost their careers. Applications for the current call can be submitted until 25 October 2023.
