Event Series “Bridging the Horizon”: Matchmaking for EU Health Calls 2027

EIT Hub Israel and ISERD are hosting Bridging the Horizon, a series of targeted online matchmaking round tables designed for organisations looking to identify consortium partners and build competitive proposals for upcoming Horizon Europe calls in two thematic areas: “AI, Robotics & Data” and “Health”. An online event regarding the upcoming calls in the “Health” cluster will take place on 23 June 2026.

The intimate, round table format focuses on practical outcomes. Participants in each round table will have the chance to:

• connect directly with potential consortium partners from across Europe and Horizon Europe associated countries,
• present their expertise and project ideas to identify synergies, and
• gain strategic insights into the Horizon Europe calls for 2027.

These online sessions serve as the strategic first stage of the wider “Bridges 2026” consortium building initiative, which will culminate in the in-person consortium development and partnership building programmes taking place later this year in Munich (October | Topics: AI, Robotics & Data) and Thessaloniki (24 to 25 November 2026 | Topic: Health).

2027 Calls in the “Health” Cluster

The 5 open call in this field will be focused on:

• functional genomics for cancer treatment
• clinical cancer research by CCIs
• AI-driven predictive biomarkers
• virtual human twins for clinical decision support
• bioprinting for regenerative medicine

This event provides excellent opportunities for organisations and individuals looking to lead or join a competitive Horizon Europe proposals in the “Health” cluster.
