This event takes place as part of the ‘Falling Walls Science Summit’, an annual international conference in Berlin that showcases scientific breakthroughs and innovative solutions to global challenges. The event serves as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on the future of science and society. Researchers can present their findings there in structured short presentations and exchange ideas with representatives from politics, business and academia.

AI is entering clinical decision-making, raising questions of accountability, when to trust or override its recommendations, and how to protect privacy when health data is used to develop AI.

This interactive Insight Café brings Israeli and German perspectives together to explore how responsibility is shared between clinicians, developers and institutions, whether data use requires consent, which safeguards reduce risk and what builds public trust in clinical AI.

Everyone is invited to take part.
