On 19 March 2025, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), represented by Federal Research Minister Cem Özdemir, and the Israeli Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology (MOST), represented by Israel’s Ambassador Ron Prosor, signed a Joint Declaration of Intend. The aim is to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in science and research – especially regarding the exchange of young scientists.
